About École St. Thomas d'Aquin
École St. Thomas Aquinas is dedicated to the fullest development of the spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional and physical dimensions of each student.
As a Catholic School, École St. Thomas Aquinas endeavours to:
- Teach and reinforce the principles of the Catholic faith.
- Provide a thoroughly Catholic Christian atmosphere to enable each student to gain understanding of his/her faith and learn to apply Catholic principles to an everyday life situation.
In order to achieve our objectives, communication with, and cooperation from, parents are of utmost importance. Consequently, parents are encouraged to communicate frequently with the school and participate in school-sponsored activities whenever possible.

ST. THOMAS AQUINAS (1225-1274 A.D.)
St. Thomas Aquinas School is named after one of the greatest medieval philosophers, theologians and doctor of the Church – Thomas of Aquinas (1225-1274). He is known as the patron saint of all Catholic universities, colleges, and schools. Pope John XXIII declared Thomas a saint in 1323. The Feast Day for St. Thomas Aquinas is January 28th. St. Thomas believed that all people desire happiness, which can only be satisfied through direct communion with God. He also taught that the sacraments play an important role in communicating God's Grace to people.
